You won't find any mass protests in London or Paris for the over 100k Syrians killed by their own government or the thousands in Iraq by Islamic extremists. It certainly makes you think. I must commend the city of Paris though for standing up for justice and deciding to bar the planned protest that was set for today. After witnessing the vile hatred and violence that was present last week at Place de la Bastille, which resulted in physical assaults and an attack on surrounding synagogues, it's hard to argue with their decision.
