Meanwhile in Iraq, after days of heavy fighting, Kurdish Peshmerga forces along with Iraqi "Golden Division" special forces units are now once again in control of the strategic Mosul Dam after having driven out ISIS fighters there who had captured the dam a few weeks earlier.
